Strict Non-Refundable Service PolicyBills, OTC & All Service Costs
Delta Software & Communication Limited operates under an unequivocal non-refundable policy. Our broadband service is non-refundable — not only One-Time Installation Charges (OTC), but monthly subscription bills and every associated service cost (including optical line shifting, account reconnection, static IP fees, and on-site technician service visit charges) are strictly non-refundable once billed, paid, or activated.
Policy Highlights:
If a new subscriber completes advance payment for monthly subscription or installation, and Delta field engineers subsequently determine that optical fiber routing is non-feasible due to structural or physical barriers, the subscriber is entitled to an immediate 100% refund.
The entire advance amount is refunded without deduction of processing or technical survey charges.
Refunds are processed back to the originating bank account or Mobile Financial Service (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) wallet within standard banking turnaround times.
Important Condition: This refund guarantee applies solely prior to physical line activation. Once optical fiber has been laid, activated, and authenticated, standard non-refundable service terms take effect.
Policy Highlights:
One-Time Installation / Connection Charges (OTC) account for physical optical fiber drop cabling, splice enclosure materials, optical power testing, distribution splitters, and technician on-site labor.
Once optical fiber has been physically drawn, spliced, authenticated at the OLT port, and tested active with proper light levels at the subscriber’s premises, the OTC fee is 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.
OTC fees are non-refundable regardless of subsequent account cancellation, voluntary disconnection, premises relocation, or non-usage.
If installation is cancelled by the subscriber before field technicians initiate physical cable deployment or equipment dispatch, advance OTC fees can be cancelled and refunded.
Policy Highlights:
Universal Non-Refundable Scope: Broadband internet access provided by Delta Software & Communication Limited is delivered as an advance prepaid digital service. Our service policy is strictly non-refundable across all tiers and categories: it is not only One-Time Installation Charges (OTC) that are non-refundable, but monthly subscription bills and every associated service cost are 100% non-refundable once billed, paid, or activated.
Monthly Subscription Bills Non-Refundable: Once a monthly subscription bill is paid, cleared, or provisioned for an active cycle, no refunds—whether full, partial, pro-rated, or mid-month—will be issued under any circumstances. If a subscriber opts to discontinue, cancel, or suspend their connection prior to the expiration of their current billing month, no cash refund, balance rebate, or credit reversal will be provided for the remaining days.
Every Auxiliary Service Cost Non-Refundable: The non-refundable policy encompasses all service-related costs and operational charges, including but not limited to: (1) Monthly internet bandwidth package bills, (2) One-Time Installation Charges (OTC), (3) Connection relocation and optical line shifting fees, (4) Reconnection and reactivation charges following overdue suspension, (5) Real / Static Public IPv4 address allocation and monthly fees, (6) On-site technician diagnostic visits, fiber re-splicing, and premises maintenance charges, and (7) Value-added network configuration or administrative service fees.
Voluntary Disconnection Terms: Subscribers may submit a voluntary disconnection notice at any time by contacting customer care or emailing noc@deltasoftwareandcommunication.net. However, all fees previously paid for active cycles or advance billed periods, as well as all rendered service costs, remain strictly non-refundable. Broadband connectivity will remain provisioned until the conclusion of the paid billing period.
Policy Highlights:
In strict compliance with the directives issued by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) regarding broadband service continuity:
1 Full Day (24 Continuous Hours) Outage: The subscriber is granted an automatic 50% waiver on their monthly subscription bill.
2 Consecutive Days (48 Hours) Outage: The subscriber is granted an automatic 25% waiver on their monthly subscription bill.
3 Consecutive Days or More (72+ Hours) Outage: The subscriber is granted a 100% waiver (the subscriber does not pay any bill for that entire month).
Compensation Application: Outage rebates are processed as a credit note and deducted directly from the subsequent monthly invoice.
